ANNUAL DUES
It’s that time again! Homeowner’s Association dues are due for 2024. Please pay your yearly $100 for 2024 by March 30th. You can pay by check, money order or ZELLE.
Please keep in mind that your dues are for the current year and are essential to help with the neighborhood beautification and upkeep for the rest of 2024.
IMPORTANT CODE ENFORCEMENT RULES
Please refer and adhere to all code enforcement sections listed in order to keep our neighborhood up to South Fulton Codes. Not abiding by these sections could lead to citations and/or fines by South Fulton County Code Enforcement officers.
Enforcement process Enforcement usually begins with a written Notice of violation. Violation provided to the owner and/or occupant. The notice shall be posted at the property or sent via mail. The notice shall contain a deadline for compliance. If the violation continues past the deadline, the Code Officer will issue a citation for an appearance in Municipal Court.
